Troubleshooting, tips, and tricks
How do I get my YouTube video to stop showing suggestions for other videos?
By default, YouTube automatically displays similar or related videos to click to after the original video has ended. To fix this, you can add ?rel=0 to the end of the YouTube URL, like so;
My YouTube/Vimeo video isn't working
The Responsive Website Builder simply pulls in the YouTube/Vimeo video and embeds it on the Site. If the video isn't working, 1) the video itself may be down or 2) the sharing settings on the YouTube/Vimeo video is preventing it from being played.
To fix this, make sure that the video has the appropriate sharing settings.
The wrong thumbnail is showing
The thumbnail image is pulled from the YouTube/Vimeo settings. Try using the embed code that the video host provides and place that in using the HTML element to see if the issue persists.
How do I choose the streaming quality?
The streaming quality will depend on the limits that is available on YouTube/Vimeo. The user will be able to adjust the quality as they see fit using the settings icon.
It loads too slow
The video load speed depends on the connection speed of the viewer.
